The Presidents Club Concept

The Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce Presidents Club designation is reserved for a limited number of active chamber members who take pride in being identified as general sponsors for all chamber events and activities conducted throughout the year. Special, on-going recognition and additional benefits are received in return for one all inclusive subscription.

This concept offers the opportunity to gain an extensive measure of participation and visibility in the business community.

As an alternative to sponsoring activities event-by event, Presidents Club sub-scribers are highlighted as supporters of the total range of Chamber activities. This is accomplished by one all-inclusive annual, anniversary Presidents Club sponsorship billing. A special feature of this program is the inclusion of sponsorships for activities which are available only to Presidents Club participants.

In addition to substantial recognition, Presidents Club sponsors receive special invitations, courtesy benefits and complimentary tickets to specified events. An annual sponsor profile, plus a monthly Presidents Club roster advertisement are highlighted in the Business Today. In addition, sponsors are recognized in all programs and publication associated with Chamber events. Presidents Club sponsorships are available to members in good standing only.

PITTSBURG CHAMBER OF COMMERCE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM 2012

Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce 2012 Presidents Club Partnership Program $5,000 Investment

2012 Presidents Club Partnership Program includes your company name prominently mentioned at all Chamber events and listed in newsletters, programs, website, signage, etc., where applicable and complimentary seats at either lunches, breakfasts or dinners. All Chamber events are subject to modifications and/or changes.

Installation Dinner: January event at Mehran Restaurant held to install Board of Directors. (Event Sponsorship 2 complimentary seat). $1500

Networking Events: Luncheon or Breakfast held once a month at different locations with informative guest speakers. (1 complimentary seat per month). $1500

State of The City Luncheon: May event which features the Mayor who will address Chamber members on the direction and vision for 2012. (2 complimentary seats). $1000

Hot Summer Nights Event: Held from June to August in front of various downtown restaurants with live entertainment, drinks and free food. $750

“Pittsburg Business Today” Newsletter: Your company name prominently listed each month in the Chamber’s monthly publication designed to keep members informed of local issues and what is happening in the Chamber. $3000

2010 Membership Dues: Annual dues included in 2012 Presidents Club Partnership Program. $800

All complimentary tickets or sponsorship benefits are continually reviewed and reevaluated. The Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and Board of Directors reserve the right to amend, make changes to or suspend any events, activities or sponsorship benefits including the ability to redirect any designated Presidents Club funds, as needed to continue the quality and success of the event, activity and the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce.

In addition you will be notified of any sponsorship changes and complimentary tickets which may become available for any new events or activities which are added to our calendar and present opportunities for our President Club members.

Pittsburg Seafood Festival: One of the largest events in Contra Costa County held the weekend after Labor Day in September in it’s 27th year (Complimentary Booth for promotions of your company) $2500
